Abatwa: A tiny fairy like creatures of the african region; these little people coexist
peacefully with the ants in the anthills of Southern Africa and live on their
foraging from the roots of grasses and other plants. They are very shy and elusive,
however they tend to reveal themselves to very young children, wizards, and
pregnant women.
Abura-sumashi: A youkai with a
potato shaped head and wearing a straw raincoat. They have been known for
steeling lighting oil and scaring travelers.

plants.

Ame-onna: A ghostly woman who licks the rain from her hands.

Anthropophgi: A race of savage cannibalistic humanoids that have faces on their chest.
Ao-andon: A female spirit with the face of demon, that manifests itself when people are telling ghost stories.
Angel: Angels are divine beings that posses physically beauty a radiant aura, they are the guardians of mankind and servants to gods.

Aka-shita: A foggy suppstance with a dog-like face and claws. They are
the guardians of the western gate of Jupiter in Onmyodo lore.
Arkan Sonney: A faery pig that brings good luck to any one who caches it.

Asrai: A nocturnal water faery, they very shy and fragile. If the
sun touches them, they will melt into a pool of water.

They have the ability to fly and feed on unborn children in their mother’s
womb.

A youkai with green
skin, a single eye in the middle of his forehead and dressed in monk’s robes.
They luck in fields of green wheat. They will snatch away children if they intrude
there fields.
Ami-kiri: A youkai with a bird like
head, serpentine body and lobster claws. They use there claws to cut up
mosquito nets and fishing nets.
Aka-name: The youkai appears
has a humanoid with red skin, long hair, and clawed toes. They use there long
and flexible tongue to lick off the sludge, mold and bacteria of the bathrooms.
Azuki-arai: A youkai in the form of a little old man. He can be hear sinning while washing red beans.
